Christmas stuff!

Well this is my first post on my blog.

I had a great Christmas. Lots of time with the family, saw my brother who lives in California and even heard from my sister up in Oregon. I'm very glad she liked her present...I was very afraid she might already have it.

Let's see...I got a lot of the things I asked for and then today I got a Wii so I can start working out. I really need to start doing something to get in better shape, and I've got to agree with my friend Hank. If I actually have something in the apartment to work out, I am much, much more likely to do it.

I also got the Metroid Prime trilogy and Pikmin to fill out my fledgling Wii game library.

Oh, and back to Christmas. I got Halo 3: ODST from one of my friends, but my 360 is broken so I haven't actually played it yet. I also got a bunch of the Anita Blake novels from my Aunt. I have already read them, but I asked for them so I could actually have my own copies. I got some T-Shirts from one of my other aunts. Heroes Seasons 1-3 from my grandparents...which is awesome. I can finally catch up some. And yes, I know I will still be a season behind. And my mom got me Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer, which completes my set of the Twilight books. Yeah I know, sparkling vampires are stupid, but I still like the books. I can't help it. OH! And my sister sent me a gift certificate to www.thinkgeek.com and I got the Bag of Holding Messenger Bag. I figured I could use it to carry my books next semester, and it's awesome. Definitely lives up to it's name. I carried nearly everything I got for Christmas home in it.

And tomorrow I am throwing a little shindig to get all my friends together and celebrate my birthday, which was the 26th. It will also be David's going away party. He's going on the World Race for a year. You can find his blog here. It's going to rock! We are going to play some Rock Band, Axis and Allies, and card games. Which will probably be after dinner and seeing Sherlock Holmes. I can't wait.

I also just realized New Years is only a few days away. I need to make plans...
